My goal is to create a site for you that contains exactly the information you desire, the features you choose, and the style that best suits you. I will take the necessary time to do the job right and with quality, not just get it done to move on to the next project. I am willing to work with you to produce a web site that meets your needs and that of your visitors.

Basic Rates:

Initial Design of Web site -

$30.00 per hour

Most pages take about one hour to design. The amount of content and graphics will determine the actual time to complete each page of your site. The number of pages will vary according to your specific needs.

Optional Charges (after basic site is set up):

Add additional pages -

$25.00 per hour

Since the basic design has already been determined, adding additional pages usually takes less than an hour per page. Many of the same features will be repeated throughout your site to maintain a uniform look. This will make it easier for visitors to navigate thru your site.

Updates to existing pages -

$25.00 per hour (minimum $25.00 per month)

Most updates take only a few minutes to make to each page. Choose this option if you anticipate making only a few changes during the month.

$100.00 per month for Unlimited Updates

Choose this option if you anticipate making several changes to several pages each week or month.

Recurring Charges:

These items are also available from other sources.

The following rates are available from my server host.

Domain Name Registration -

$14.95 per year

Host Server -

$5.00 per month

$25.00 (One-time Set-up Fee)

Site would be up and running within 30 days.
