      It Ain't Over Till . . .

For many over the last couple of weeks, the song came to an abrupt end. For others, another verse or two have still to be written. In case you haven't already guessed, I'm referring to the madness that takes place across the country every year about this same time - College Hoops, The Big Dance, The Road to the Final Four.

The saying is, "It's not whether you win or lose; it's how you play the game." Try telling that to those who are walking off the hardwood for the last time as a college player. One commentator said the worst thing about the tournament was that it meant every team but one had to end their season with a loss. That realization could be seen in the concluding moments of each game. Some players simply hung their heads while others completely lost their cool. Some coaches acknowledged the accomplishments of the opposing team. Others quickly turned away as if to deny the very existence of the other.

      It Does Matter

At the end of life, it does matter whether you win or lose. And the truth is it's just as important how you play the game. Read what former OU Sooner, Brent Price, says about the difference in winning and losing.
